Sika 100, aktivátor
Sika® Aktivator-100 is a colorless activator that reacts with atmospheric moisture to form an active layer on the surface of the substrate. These active groups act as a bonding layer between the substrate and primers, sealants or adhesives.
Sika® Aktivator-100 is specially developed for the pre-treatment of bonded surfaces before the application of Sika® adhesives and sealants.

Sika® Aktivator-100 is used to improve adhesion to substrates such as float glass, ceramic screen prints, sanded surfaces of old polyurethane adhesives and paints. Sika® Aktivator-100 can also be used on other non-porous substrates, but these applications are subject to testing and approval by the Sika Industry Technical Service. In case Sika® Aktivator-100 is to be used on materials susceptible to stress cracking (ESC), the Sika Industry Technical Service must be contacted and verification/approval tests must be carried out. This product is suitable for professional use only. Adhesion tests with the actual substrates and conditions must be carried out before application.
